Administration improvements

The following improvements have been made to the administration of Meridian Enterprise:

A new registry value named Language has been added in the following registry key to allow switching the user interface language of Meridian Enterprise. This can be valuable to accommodate remote access users in different locales. You can set the value by any method that is compatible with your remote access system, such as with a batch file that executes when a user logs on to a new session. The new value overrides the default language that is set during installation in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE hive in the value with the same name.
